Stand with your feet shoulder width apart adjust the weight from the machine or you can hold weight plates in your hands if you dont have the machine in your gym.
With the weights take a step forward into the lunge positions with your right foot.Make sure your right knee is in top of your right foot and not in front of it.Push up with your right foot and return to starting position,switch sides and repeat as you walk forward.
